A Parody of Hawthorne's "The Young Goodman Brown" written for my Interpretation of the Lit class.

All four of us uneasily peered with the transparent door. The white, shiny tile floor only peeked through all of the spread stunned fur balls. As soon as my fathers deform boots tapped the floor, all the tiny bodies scurried plough out like ants afterward having their home destroyed. All of them accept cardinal lazy, lonely, peewee that only when barely lifted his head and blinked his ellipse bronze eyeball at us. Then he slow gained his remnant and crept over and plopped down in between my fathers boots. His ears were floppy, and his wormlike tongue just plopped out of his mouth bandage he panted constantly. The puppys coat was virtually jet black, except for his ears that were tipped a burn down sienna. His paws were no big than my three-year-old thumbs and head no bigger than my palm as I stroked and patted him. My mother and father, with eyes shimmering, glanced at my brother and I, as our family knew this was definitely the canine we were flavour for. At the time, in that respect was a sappy kids dog image that my brother and I watched quite often, milo maize and genus Otis. The dog that co-starred in the ikon was framed Otis. This seemed to suit our familys fancy, so we nowadays decided our full-blooded German shepherds name was going to be Otis.

Its preposterous how a name can characterize a pet so practically more than you think.
